A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
• COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A PARTNERSHIP GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY SAVE -MOST WEST COVINA, LTD.; AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION .THEREOF
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain instrument
executed by Save -Most West. Covina, Ltd., under date of November 26,
1979, to the City of West Covina the property or interest therein as
particularly described is hereby accepted. Said property is generally
described as:
A portion of Parcel 8 of Parcel Map No. 344.4, in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 40, Page 74
of Parcel Maps on file in the office of the County
Recorder, of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
•SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
