A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
® WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING LOTS 60, 61
AND 64 IN TRACT 33112 FOR OPEN SPACE PURPOSES
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interests conveyed by Tract 33112 offering to
grant to the City of West Covina the property or interests therein
particularly described for open space purposes, is hereby accepted.
Said property is described as:
Lots 60, 61 and 64 of Tract 33112, recorded in Book
875, Pages 42, 43, 44 and 45, in the City of West
Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
on file in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
