RESOLUTION NO. 6006
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A CORPORA-
TION GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY UMARK, INC. AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain instrument
executed by"UMARK, INC., under date of
to the City of West Covina the property or interest therein as
particularly described -is hereby accepted. Said property is
generally-described�as:
A portion of Parcel 7 in the City of Walnut, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 85, Pages 10, 11 and 12 of records of surveys
on file in the office of the County Recorder, of said
County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form
prescribed by Section 272,81 of the Government Code and to cause
the said instrument and said certificate to be filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
