A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION
MAP OF TRACT NO. 33666 ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT
BY THE SUBDIVIDER AND SURETY BONDS TO SECURE
THE SAME.
WHEREAS, there has been submmtted to this meeting by the
owner and subdivider thereof, a final subdivision map of Tract
No. 33666 which has been approved by the Planning Commission and
by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting a pro-
posed agreement by the subdivider for the construction of certain
improvements within or for said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by surety
bonds for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions of
said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does res6lve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the final subdivision map of Tract No.
33666 submitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the dedication therein offered be and the
same is hereby accepted for public use and that the proper officers
of the City of West Covina be and they are hereby authorized and
instructed to approve said final map on belialf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the proposed agreement by the subdivider
• in the form submitted to this meeting be accepted.
SECTION 4. That the surety bonds Nos. 7119141 and 7119142
presented asisecurity for the faithful performance the terms and
conditions of said 'agreement with Ridgewood Associates, Inc., as
principal and -The American Insurance Company as surety, in the total
sum of one hundred fifty two thousand, dollars (8152,000), be and
the same hereby are accepted.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
