. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, VACATING AND
ABANDONING A STORM DRAIN EASEMENT WHICH HAS
BEEN SUPERSEDED BY RELOCATION
WHEREAS, Mackey -Koenig Development Company has requested the
vacation of a certain storm drain easement; and
WHEREAS, the storm drain line has been capped off in said
easement; and
WHEREAS, the grading for Parcel Map 11918 renders the storm
drain easement no longer needed for storm drain purposes;.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Sections 1930 to 1934, inclusive, of
the Streets and Highways Code, the City Council of the City of West
Covina hereby finds and determines that the .following described
easement has been superseded by relocation:
That certain storm drain easement reserved by -the
County of Los Angeles in Minute Order No. 22,,
adopted February 5, 1976, a certified copy thereof
• being recorded February 9, 1976, as Instrument No.
2984.
SECTION 2.- That storm drain easement described in Section 1
hereof is hereby summarily vacated and abandoned.'
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall cause a certified copy thereof to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
