RESOLUTION NO. 5994
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
ED WATTS TO ABATE WEEDS AND RUBBISH ON PRIVATE
• PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF TITLE
4, DIVISION 3, PART 2,. CHAPTER 13, ARTICLE 2, OF THE
GOVERNMENT CODE (PROPOSAL 'B')
THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That on the basis of their low bid, Ed Watts be awarded
the contract for weed abatement and rubbish removal in accordance
with the provisions and specifications of Proposal 'B' as outlined
in the bid proposal; this work to be accomplished in accordance
with Weed District Map 1980 and completed to the satisfaction of
the Superintendent of Streets for the City of West Covina.
That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
Adopted and approved this 10th day of September, 1979.
