RESOLUTION NO. 5988
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING LOTS 54 AND 55 IN TRACT
30728 FOR OPEN SPACE PURPOSES AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The interests conveyed by Tract 30728 offering
to grant to the City of West Covina the property or interests
therein particularly described for open space purposes, is
hereby accepted. Said property is described as:
Lots 54 and 55 of Tract 30728, recorded in Book 868, Pages
89 and 90, and in Book 71, Pages 56 through 58, in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, on file in the office of the County Recorder
of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and dir-
ected to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
