RESOLUTION NO. 5987
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY'COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A CORPORATION QUITCLAIM.DEED IN FAVOR OF VINCENT
SHOPMART AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the'City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City -of West Covina
does hereby find and determine that the public convenience and.
necessity require that.the City of West.Covina quitclaim all
rights, title and interest in the form of a Corporation quitclaim
Deed to be executed in.favor of Vincent Shopmart over property as
described as Parcel 73 of Proposed Relinquishment No 910, filed
'in State Highway Map Book No. 14 Page 18.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby author-
ized and instructed to.execute in the name of the City -of West
Covina a Corporation Quitclaim Deed, substantially in the form
attached, in favor of.Vincent Shopmart, and cause a certified
copy of this:resolution to be filed for record in the office
of the County Recorder of the County. -of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3.. The City Clerk -shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
