RESOLUTION NO. 5977
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A PARTNER-
SHIP GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY HARRIS-FRIZELLE, JOINT
VENTURE PARTNERSHIP AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION
THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain in-
strument executed by Harris-Frizelle, under date of August 1, 1979,
granting to the City of West Covina the property or interest there-
in as particularly described is hereby accepted. Said property
is described as:
Portion of Lot 1, of Tract No. 33375 in the City
of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per -map filed in Book 895, Pages
59.and 60 inclusive of maps on file in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to
cause the said instrument and said certificate to be filed for
record in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
