RESOLUTION NO. 5975
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
EXECU-TION OF A CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina does
hereby .find and determine that the certain conveyance granted to
the City of West Covina on July 17, 1977, recorded as Document No.
77-1019982, on September 15, 1977, of Official Records in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, is no
longer needed for the public purposes for which it was acquired or
for any other public purpose; that the public convenience and
necessity require that the same be quitclaimed to EGIDIO PUPPI and
MARY PUPPI.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and instructed to execute in the name of the City of West Covina,
a Quitclaim Deed conveying all right, title and interest of the
City of West Covina in and to said real property to EGIDIO PUPPI
and MARY PUPPI, herein described, and cause the said Quitclaim
Deed and a certified copy of this resolution to be filed for
record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles.
• SECTION 3.- The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.

1979.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 13th day of August 1979, by
