A RESOLUTION OF,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA CONFIRMING THE REPORT OF THE
• STREET SUPERINTENDENT DATED JULY 18,1979, MADE
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT
CODE, CHAPTER 13, ARTICLE'2, SECTIONS 39574
THROUGH 39576.5 LEVYING THE ASSESSMENTS FOR
THE WEED AND RUBBISH ABATEMENT PROGRAM FOR
1979
WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent's report for the Weed and
Rubbish Abatement Program throughout the city, pursuant to
Resolution No. 5749 was posted on July 18, 1979; and
WHEREAS, all proceedings in connection therewith have been
in accordance with law; and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing on said report, which hearing
was held on July 23., 1979., there were no objections, protests, or
appeals:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
• DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Street Superintendent's report levying
the assessments for the 1979 Weed and Rubbish Abatement Program be,
and the same hereby is, confirmed and approved.
Section 2. That the Street Superintendent shall forthwith
attached a warrant bearing the date of this order to said report.
Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
