A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA RELATING TO THE
COMPENSATION PAYABLE TO THE CITY
TREASURER.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 2501 of the West Covina Municipal Code (as
amended), Section 1 of Resolution No. 5896 is hereby amended as follows:
"The compensation for the City Treasurer is hereby fixed at $1,445 per month
(plus PERS benefits of $108.96 per month - employees share)."
SECTION 2. The remainder of Resolution No. 5896 shall remain in full force
and effect,
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be effective as of July 1, 1979.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
