A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, FIXING AND ESTABLISHING POSITIONS, SALARIES AND
BENEFITS FOR DEPARTMENT HEAD AND FLAT RATE MANAGEMENT
EMPLOYEES AND AMENDING SECTION IX OF RESOLUTION NO. 1277 AND
AMENDING SECTIONS 3, 4 AND 5 (e) OF RESOLUTION NO. 5887.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The following are the salary ranges for positions designated
in the City`s Management or Confidential services:
DHR-A To be determined by Council Management
DHR-B $2,450 $3,600 Management
DHR-C $1,950 - $3,050 Management
DHR-D $1,300 - $2,500 Management
DHR-E $850 - $1,700 Confidential
SECTION 2. The monthly salary of each Management position listed
below is hereby established as follows:

SECTION 3. That these monthly salaries shall become effective July 1,
SECTION 4. DEFERRED COMPENSATION
Seventy-five dollars ($75) per month allotment to be contributed by
the City towards health insurance premiums or a designated deferred compensation
program.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
