RESOLUTION NO. 5926
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY
AS SURPLUS Q
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION�.1. The attached list of City -owned property is
hereby declared surplus and no longer required for City use.
SECTION 2. These items of surplus property shall be
disposed of in accordance with Section 2720 of the West Covina
Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 29th day of Ma.y 1979.
HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of -the City of .West Covina at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 29th day of Mal , 1979, by
the following vot of the Council:
