RESOLUTION NO. 5922
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
CITY OF
A PARTNERSHIP GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY WOOD -
SIDE PARK, ASSOCIATES, A GENERAL PARTNERSHIP
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does re-
solve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain in-
strument executed by Woodside Park, Associates, under date of
May 9, 1979, granting to the City of West Covina the property or
interest therein.as particularly described is hereby accepted.
Said property is described as:
Portions of Lots 1,2,3,4, and 5 of Tract No.33553
in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map filed in Book
912, Pages 21 through 24 inclusive of maps on
file in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said instrument and said certificate to be filed
for record in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of
Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
.adoption of this resolution.
