A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 5710 ADOPTING A TABLE OF RATES AND CHARGES
FOR THE FURNISHING OF WATER
WHEREAS, the City Council has provided by ordinance for the
modification by resolution of the rates and charges for the furnish-
ing of water; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has provided for the filing of a
TABLE OF RATES AND CHARGES in the offices of the City Clerk and the
City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
.does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That.Section 1.C. of Resolution No. 5710 be
amended to read as follows:
'l.C. COMMODITY RATE FOR ALL WATER DELIVERED
Commodity Rate
Per Hundred Cubic Feet
Effective
July 1, 1979
Zone I $0.52
Zone II $0.57
SECTION 2. A copy of the preceding table of Rates and Charges
shall be maintained on file in the offices of the City Clerk and the
City Engineer.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be effective July 1, 1979.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution; and the same shall thereupon take effect
and be in force.
