A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A
GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY LEROY M. SCHAUB AND
DOLORES Y. SCHAUB, AND DIRECTING THE RECORDA-
TION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain instrument
executed by . LeRoy M. Schaub and Dolores Y. Schaub under date of
April 17, 1979, to the City of West Covina the property or interest
therein particularly -described is hereby accepted. Said property .
is generally described as:
A portion of Lot 264 of E. J: Baldwin's Fifth Sub
division, in._the-city of West Covina, county of
Los Angeles,.state..of...California, as per map
recorded in Book.`12., Pages 134 and 135 of.Maps on
file in the office of the County,Recorder, o.f said
county.
SECTION Z. 'The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the.form
.prescribed by,Section,27281'of,the'Government Code and to cause the
said instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the
office of the County. Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
• SECTION.3. The City 'Clerk.shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
