• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF'THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL
SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO. 35602 ACCEPTING AN
AGREEMENT BY THE SUBDIVIDER AND SURETY BONDS TO
SECURE THE SAME.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the
owner and subdivider thereof, a final subdivision map of Tract
No. 35602.which has-been approved by the Planning,Commission and
by 'the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, there has been.submitted to this meeting a pro-
posed agreement by the subdivider for the construction of cer-
tain improvements within or for said subdivision;.and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by surety
bonds for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions
of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West
Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the final subdivision map of Tract No.
35602 submitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. .That the dedication therein offered be and the
• same is hereby accepted for public use subject to any restriction
to be filed and recorded therewith; and that the proper officers
of the City of,;Wes,t Covina be and they are hereby authorized and
instructed- to 'approve -'said final map on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3.. That the proposed agreement by the subdivider
in the form submitted. to this" meeting be accepted.
SECTION•.4> That the assignment of a regular passbook sav-
ings account, No.-5311570 and Bond No. L05-037381 presented as
security for the faithful performance the terms and conditions of
said agreement with Benson and Buccola Enterprises, Inc., as-
principal and-Progressive_Savings and Loan Association and Balboa
Insurance Company, respectively, as sureties; in the total sum of
Thirty -Nine Thousand Ten',Dollars ($39,010.00), be and the same
hereby are accepted

SECTION'5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
