A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1277
RELATING TO THE PROMOTION OF POLICE OFFICERS TO THE
CLASS OF POLICE CORPORAL (AGENT). ALSO, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 5139 RELATING TO THE CLASS OF POLICE
46 CORPORAL (AGENT).
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That Section VIII(e)(2) of Resolution No. 1277 is
hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2. That hereafter Section VIII(e) of Resolution No. 1277
will apply.
SECTION 3. That subsection 3 under Section 1 of Resolution No.
5139 is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
