A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE WOODSIDE MASTER PLAN AND CERTIFYING THE
NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT.

The City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and
determine that there was filed with the Planning Commission the
application of Ron Sloan requesting approval of Amendment No. 3
to the Woodside Master Plan for the physical development of
approximately 0.92 acres within the area of Nogales Street and
Shakespeare Drive (Woodside) and certification of the Negative
Declaration of Environmental Impact with reference thereto; that
hearings thereon were duly conducted by the Planning Commission
and the Planning Commission recommended approval of Amendment
No. 3 and certification of the Negative Declaration of Environ-
mental Impact with reference thereto; and that said plan came
automatically before the City Council and the City Council held
a hearing thereon and proper and legal notice of hearing was
duly given.
SECTION 2. Amendment No. 3 to the Woodside Master Plan
is hereby approved pursuant to the provisions of the West Covina
Municipal Code subject to the terms and conditions contained in
Planning Commission Resolution No. 3-79-2939.
SECTION 3. The Negative Declaration of Environmental
Impact for Amendment No. 3 to the Woodside Master Plan is hereby
certified.
• SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.

at a regular meeting thereof held on the 9th day of April ,
