A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A CORPORATION
GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY ALPHA BETA COMPANY AND
• DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain instrument.
.executed by Alpha Beta Company, under date of March 23, 1979, grant-
ing to the City of West Covina the.property or interest therein as
particularly described.is hereby accepted. Said property is des-
cribed as:
A portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 3799 in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State
of California as per map filed in Book 45, Page: 46
inclusive of maps on file in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form
prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the
said instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.'
