RESOLUTION NO. 5889
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA,.CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A CORPORATION
GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY .SANGAVE DEVELOPMENT CO.,
INC. AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The.interest conveyed by the certain instrument
executed by Sangave Development Co.,.Inc., under date of March 28,
1979, granting to the City of West Covina the property or interest
therein a's particularly described is hereby accepted. Said
property is described as:
A portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 884 in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State
of California as per map filed in Book 15, Page 87
inclusive of maps on file in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form
prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the
said instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this.resolution.
