• A RESOLUTION OF THE -CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL SUB-
DIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO. 32375 ACCEPTING AN
AGREEMENT BY THE SUBDIVIDER AND SURETY BONDS TO
SECURE THE SAME. .
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the
owner and subdivider thereof, -a final subdivision map of Tract
No. 32375 which has been approved by the Planning Commission and
by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS., there has been submitted to this meeting a pro-
posed agreement by the subdivider for the construction of certain
improvements within or for said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by surety
bonds for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions of
said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the final subdivision map of Tract No.
32375 submitted to this meeting be and -the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That

SECTION 3. That the proposed agreement by the subdivider in
the form submitted to this meeting be accepted.
SECTION 4. That the surety bonds Nos. 7117845, 7117844 and
7117815 presented as security for the faithful performance the
terms and conditions of said agreement with Covington Brothers, as
principal, and The American Insurance Company, as surety, in the
total sum of One Hundred Seventy -Four Thousand Seven Hundred
Dollars ($174,700.00), be and the same hereby are accepted.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this -resolution.
