A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION
MAP OF TRACT NO. 33669 ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT
BY THE SUBDIVIDER AND SURETY BONDS TO SECURE
THE SAME.
• WHEREAS, therehasbeen 'submitted to this meeting by
the owner and subdivider thereof, a final subdivision map of
Tract No. 33669 which has been approved by the Planning Commi-
ssion and by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting a pro-
posed agreement by,the.subdivider for the construction of certain
improvements within -or for• said subdivision; and

WHEREAS,•said proposed -agreement is accompanied by surety
bonds for the faithful performance 'of the terms and conditions of
said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West
Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the final subdivision map of Tract No.
33669 submitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the dedication therein offered be and the'
same is hereby accepted for public use and that the proper officers
of the.City of West Covina be and they are hereby authorized and
instructed to approve said final map on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the proposed agreement by the subdivider
in the form submitted to this meeting be accepted.
SECTION 4. That the surety bonds Nos. 400 FM 3542, 400 DR
4400-247, 400 DR 4400-248 and 400 DR 4400-249 presented as security
for the faithful performance the terms and conditions of said
agreement with UMARK, INC., as principal and St. Paul Fire and
Marine Insurance Company as surety, in the total sum of two hundred
thirty thousand, five hundred dollars-($567,530), be and the same
hereby are accepted.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution
No. 5880 was adopted by the City Council of the City of
West Covina at a regular meeting thereof held on the 26th
day of March , 1979 by the following vote of Council.
