RESOLUTION NO, 5875
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 11358
WHEREAS,.there has been submitted to. this meeting by the
owner and subdivider thereof, a final map of Parcel Map No. 11358
which has been approved by the Planning Commission,and by the
City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West
Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the final map of Parcel Map No. 11358
submitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the proper officers of the City of West
Covina --.be and they are.hereby authorized and instructed to approve
said final map on behalf of the City..
SECTION 3. That Parcel Map No. 11358 is consistent with
the General Plan of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 4. That Parcel Map No. 11358'will not unreasonably
interfere with the'.free and complete exercise of public utility
easements.
SECTION 5. That the. City -Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this resolution.
