A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A PARTNER-
SHIP GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY RIDGEWOOD ASSOCIATES,
LTD., AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain instrument
executed by Ridgewood Associates, Ltd., under date of January 10,
1979, granting to the City of West Covina the property or interest
therein as particularly described is hereby accepted. Said
property is described as:
The northerly 10.00 feet of
in the city of West.Covina,
state of California, as per
Pages 54, 55 and 56 of maps
the County Recorder of said
Lot 5 of Tract No. 33664
county of Los Angeles,
map filed in Book 890,
on file in the office of
county.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of ,acceptance in substantially the form
prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause
the said instrument and said certificate to be'filed for record in
the office of the County Recorder of the county of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
