A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA,, CALIFORNIA, APPROV-
ING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT
• . NO. 33553 ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT BY THE
SUBDIVIDER AND SURETY BONDS TO SECURE
THE SAME.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by
the owner and subdivider thereof, a final subdivision map of
Tract No. 33553 which has been approved -by"the Plarining
Commission and by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting a
proposed agreement by the subdivider for the construction of
certain improvements within or for said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by
surety bonds for the faithful performance of the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West
Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the.final subdivision map of Tract
No. 33553 submitted' -to this meeting be and the same is hereby
approved.
SECTION.2.., That the..dedication therein offered be
• and the same is:hereby accepted for public use, subject to any
restriction to be filed and recorded therewith; and that the
proper officers,of the City of West Covina be and they are
hereby authorized and instructed to approve said final map on
behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the proposed agreement by:the sub-
divider in the form.submitted to this meeting be accepted.
SECTION 4. That the Surety Bonds, Numbers 6318599,
6318600 and 6318601, presented �as�security for the faithful
performance of the termsaand conditions of said agreement with
Woodside Park Associates, a General Partnership,'as principal,
and The American Insurance Company as surety in the total sum of
Six Hundred Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred and no/100 Dollars
($613,300.00) be and the same hereby are accepted.
SECTION 5 That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
