A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE MINI CLASS SPECI-
FICATION FOR THE CLASS OF COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT,
AND AMENDING SECTION VII OF RESOLUTION NO. 1277 RE-
LATING TO THE LIMITED SERVICE CLASS IN THE COMMUNICA-
TIONS DEPARTMENT.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Personnel Board:
(a) The mini class specifications for the limited service position
of Communications Assistant is hereby repealed and new mini class specifications
marked Exhibit A and, by this reference, incorporated herein, are hereby adopted.
(b) Section VII of Resolution No. 1277 relating to limited service
salary ranges for Communications Assistants is hereby amended by:
$4.00.
(1) Deleting the present hourly salary schedule of $3.20-$3.60-
(2) Assigning a new hourly salary schedule of $3.80-$4.30-$4.77.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
