RESOLUTION NO. 5850
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF VEHICULAR
ACCESS RIGHTS EXECUTED BY CHARLES R. CRICKS AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain Instrument
executed by Charles R. Cricks, under date of January 17, 1979,
granting to the City of. West Covina the property or interest there-
in.particularly described for dedication of vehicular access rights
is.hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as
A portion of Lots 290, 84 and 85 of Tract 16474 and Lot 8 in block
29 of the Phillips Tract in the City of West Covina, County of Los
Angeles, State of California as per map recorded in Book 381,
Pages 14,-,15, and 16 and in Book 9, Pages 3 and 4.respectively of
Maps on file in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form
prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause
the said Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT the foregoing resolution was duly adopted
by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 22nd day of January 1979, by the follow-
