• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FROM CHARLES R. CRICKS, AND DIRECTING THE RECORDA-
TION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain instrument
executed by Charles R. Cricks, under date of January 17, 1979,
granting to the City of West Covina the property or interest therein
as particularly described is hereby accepted. Said property is des-
cribed as:
That portion of Lots 84 and 85 of Tract 16472, per map
recorded in Book 381, pages 14, 15 and 16 of maps on
file in the office of the County Recorder -of said
County; bounded as follows:
Bounded easterly and southeasterly by the westerly
line of Azusa Avenue, 100.00 feet wide; bounded
northerly by the northerly line of said lot 84;
bounded westerly by a parallel line that is 55.00
feet westerly, measured at right angles,.from the
centerline of said Azusa Avenue.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281,of the Government Code and to cause the said
instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify -to the adoption of
this resolution.
