RESOLUTION NO. 5845
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 5668 RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION PAYABLE
TO A CERTAIN MANAGEMENT POSITION (ACTING HUMAN
RESOURCES DIRECTOR).
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Resolution No. 5668 is hereby
amended by the addition of the following footnote:
"In the absence of the Human Resources Director and
with the City Manager's approval, an Acting Human
Resouces Director may be appointed, and while so
acting shall be paid $150.00 a month in addition to
the compensation to which he is entitled to receive
in his regular position."

of this resolution.
