A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 5806 RELATING TO THE LIST
OF AUTHORIZED POSITIONS AND SALARY RANGES.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 5806 relating to the list of
authorized positions and salary ranges is amended so as not to in-
clude CETA classifications as set forth in Appendix "A", attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. Established that heretofore the City Manager
possesses the authority of the City Council to, within the funding
limits, administratively manage the CETA program as is necessary
to satisfy the manpower needs of City departments.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be effective as of
January 8, 1979.
SECTION 4. The Deputy City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
