A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING
TAXATION DISTRICTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1979-80
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The following Taxation District is
hereby established in.and for the City of West Covina for the
fiscal year 1979-80, to wit:
TAXATION DISTRICT NO. 'l consisting of all of the
incorporated area of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 2. The '..City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this.resolution and shall file a certified copy
thereof with the County Assessor, the County Auditor, and the
State Board of Equalization before the 1st day of January, 1979.

HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution No. 5829
