A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5802
RELATING TO SCHEDULE OF FEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Covina has
• established a job fee based on permit fees, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Covina has
established a Schedule of Fees for the Engineering Department, and
WHEREAS, the job fee cannot be readily applied to the
Schedule of Fees,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 5802 is amended to add the
following Sections 5 and 6:
"SECTION 5. For computation of job fees the permit fee
shall be considered to be 25% of the fee for Class I Permits and
Special Sewer Connections and Additions and Private Sewer Systems
and equal to the fee for other Class II Permits.
SECTION 6. The following types of Class I & II Permits
shall be subject to a job fee:
Walls - Retaining and Overheight
Grading - Finish
Sewer Connections & Addition to House Connections
• Appurtenant On -Site Sewer Devices
Backfill of Cesspool and Septic Tank
Special Sewer Connection and Addition and Private
Sewer System
Capping Sewer Connection"
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
