• .A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL
MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 10511
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the owner
and subdivider thereof, a final map of Parcel Map No. 10511 which has
been approved by the Planning Commission and by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does resolve as.follows:�
SECTION 1. That the final map of Parcel Map No. 10511 sub-
mitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the proper officers of the City of West
Covina be and they are hereby authorized and instructed to approve
said final map on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That Parcel Map No. 10511 is consistent with the
General Plan of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 4. That Parcel Map No. 10511 will not unreasonably
interfere with the free and complete exercise of public utility ease-
ments.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
• of this resolution.
