A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED IN FAVOR
OF UMARK INC.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
40, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina does
hereby find and determine that:
That portion of Parcel 4, as shown on map filed in Book 85,
Pages 10 through 12, inclusive, of Record of Surveys in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
Beginning at the Northwesterly terminus of that certain course
described in Parcel 1 of document recorded in Book D5271,
Page 17, of Official Records, in the office of the
Recorder- of, said %County,. -.having a;_.bearing and: length
of North 200-16' 58 West-, 90.14 feet; thence along said
course South 200 16' 58" East a distance of 20.03 feet to
a point on a non -tangent curve concave Southeasterly having
a radius of 193.00 feet, a radial line of said curve to said
point bears North 230 32' 21" West; thence Southwesterly
along said curve through a central angle of 410 32'37", a
distance of 139.94 feet; thence South 240 55' 02" West
tangent to said last mentioned curve a distance of 64.50 feet;
thence North 650 044'58" West a distance of 50.00 feet to a
point in the Northwesterly boundary of Parcel 2 of said
document recorded in Book D5271, Page 17, of Official Records,
said point being the beginning of a curve concave Northerly
having a radius of 160.00 feet; thence Westerly along said
• curve and Northwesterly line through a central angle of
440 42' 25" a.distance of 124.85 feet to the beginning of a
reverse curve concave Southerly having a radius of 215.00
feet, a radial line to the point of reverse curve bears
North 200 22' 33" West; thence Westerly along said last
mentioned curve through a central angle of 480 40' 43" a
distance of 182.66 feet to the beginning of -a reverse curve
concave Northerly having a radius of 335.00 feet a radial
line to the point of reverse curve bears South 690 03' 16"
East; thence Westerly along said last mentioned curve through
a central angle of 290 05' 12" a distance of 170.06 feet to
:a point, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
Easterly along said last mentioned curve through a central
angle of 240 02' 19" a distance of 140.55 feet to a point on
a non -tangent curve concave Northerly having a radius of
55.00 feet a radial line to said non -tangent point bears
North 76051'50" East; thence Westerly leaving said North-
westerly boun d r y along said last mentioned curve through a
central angle of 550 43' 17" a distance of 53.49 feet; thence
South 420 35' 07" West, tangent to said last mentioned curve,
a distance of 35.15 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Northerly having a radius of 202.00 feet; thence
Westerly along said last mentioned curve through a central
angle of 130 32' 07", a distance of 47.72 feet to the be-
ginning of a compound curve concave Northeasterly having a
radius of 20.00 feet, a radial to said point of compound
curve bears South 330 52' 46" East; thence Westerly along
said last mentioned curve through a central angle of 390
02' 28" a distance of 13.63 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
is no longer needed for the public purposes for which it was
acquired or for any other public purpose; that the public con-
venience and necessity require that the same be quitclaimed to
Umark, Inc.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby author-
ized and instructed to execute in the name of the City of West
• Covina a Quitclaim Deed conveying all right, title and interest
of the City of West Covina in and to said real property to Umark,
Inc.

of this resolution..
