A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISH-
ING THE RATES FOR TAXICAB FARES FOR KWIK
KAB COMPANY.
The City Council of ;the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 6324 of the West Covina Municipal Code, the
City Council of the City of West Covina has made a determination that the public
interest, convenience, and necessity have required the issuance of a permit to
operate automobiles for hire to Kwik Kab Company; and
WHEREAS, the permit is issued subject to all conditions, performance require-
ments, and limitations contained in the West Covina Municipal Code and by this
reference incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Covina is required by Section
6340 of the West Covina Municipal Code to.approve and establish rates of auto-
mobiles for hire which have been. duly granted a permit to operate upon any City
street in West Covina.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of West
Covina, by this action establishes the rates for taxicab fares for Kwik Kab
Company as stated in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and by this reference, incorpor-
ated herein subject to the provisions of Section 6340 of the West Covina Munici-
pal Code.
