RESOLUTION NO. 5820
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS OF CITY -OWNED
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. A City -owned twenty-five inch Reliance paper -
cutter is hereby declared surplus and no longer required for City use.
SECTION 2. This item of surplus property shall be disposed
of in accordance with Section 2720 of the West Covina Municipal Code.
