• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A CORPORA-
TION GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY PIC "N" SAVE OF
CALIFORNIA, INC., AND DIRECTING THE RECORDA-
TION THEREOF.

The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain instrument
executed by Pic "N" Save of California, Inc., under date of
October 30, 1978, granting to the City of West Covina the property
or interest therein as particularly described is hereby accepted.
Said property is described as:
A portion of Lot 1, Block 17 of -the Phillips Tract, in
the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as shown on map recorded in Book 9,
Pages 3 and 4 of miscellaneous records on file in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form
prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause
the said instrument and said certificate to be filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
