A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
• WEST COVINA ACCEPTING LOTS 47 AND 48 IN TRACT
32772 AND LOTS 37 AND 38 IN TRACT 32462 FOR
OPEN SPACE PURPOSES.

The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
f of lows :
SECTION 1. The interests conveyed by Tracts 32772 and 32462
offering to grant to the City of West Covina the property or
interests therein particularly described for open space purposes,
is hereby accepted. Said property is described as:
Lots 47 and 48 of Tract 32772, and Lots 37 and 38
of Tract 32462, recorded in Book 868, Pages 89
and 90, and in Book 868, Pages 91 and 92, respec-
tively, in the City of West Covina, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, on file in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
