A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A COR-
PORATION QUITCLAIM DEED AND DIRECTING THE RECOR-
DATION THEREOF
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina does
hereby find and determine that the certain conveyance granted to
the City of West Covina on July 25, 1973, recorded as Document No.
3894 in Book-D6034, Page 867, of Official Records in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, is no longer
needed for the public purposes for which it was acquired or for
any other public purpose; that the public convenience and necessity
require that the same be quitclaimed to RIDGEWOOD DEVELOPMENT COM-
PANY.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and instructed to execute in the -name of the City of West Covina a
Quitclaim Deed conveying all right, title and interest of the City
of West Covina in and to said real property to RIDGEWOOD DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY, herein described, and cause the said Quitclaim Deed and a
certified copy of this resolution to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
