A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORATION GRANT DEED
• EXECUTED BY UMARK, INC. AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain instrument
executed by Umark, Inc.; under date of October 30, 1978, granting to
the City of West Covina the property or interest therein as particu-
larly described is hereby accepted. Said property is generally des-
cribed as:
A portion of Lot 46 of Tract 31481 in the city
of West Covina, county of Los Angeles, state
of California, as per map recorded in Book 857,
Pages 6, 7 and 8 of maps on file in the office
of the County Recorder of said county.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office
of the County Recorder of the county of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
