A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING GRANT DEED EXECUTED
• BY ALVIN R. GRAY AND MYRNA M. GRAY AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.

The City Council of the City of West Covina does re-
solve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument, -executed by Alvin R. Gray and Myrna M. Gray, under
date of October 5,-1978, granting to the City of West Covina
the property or interest therein particularly described for
street and highway purposes; is hereby accepted. Said
property is -generally described as:
A portion of Lot 17 of Eugene Riggins Sub-
division of the Hathaway Tract in the City
of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 53, Page 37, of Miscellaneous
Records on file in the office -of the County
Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute .a certificate of acceptance in substan-
tially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said instrument and said certificate to
be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
