A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY'COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PARCELS OF
LAND FOR OPEN SPACE PURPOSES WITHIN WOODSIDE
VILLAGE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 4., AND DIRECT-
ING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The interests conveyed by Tract 30682 offer-
ing to grant to the City of West Covina the property or interests
therein particularly described for open space purposes, is hereby
accepted. Said property is described as:
Lots 65, 66, and 67 of Tract 30682, per map
recorded in Book 8164., Pages 74, 75, 76, & 77,
in the City of West Covina, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, on file in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and dir-
ected to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be filed,
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
