A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A LEASE OF SPACE FOR THE CRIME
LABORATORY BETWEEN THE CITY OF WEST COVINA AND
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION I. That certain lease dated October 1, 1978
between the City of West Covina and the State of California for
the lease of laboratory space in the Police building is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute
the same on behalf of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and transmit a copy thereof to the
Department of General Services, State of California.
