A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DECLARING CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 2921 E. LEVELGLEN, WEST COVINA AS SURPLUS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The above mentioned City -owned property is
hereby declared surplus. and no longer required for City use.
SECTION 2. The Planning Commission has declared this
property as being consistent with the City's adopted General Plan.
SECTION 3. This surplus property shall be disposed of in
accordance with the West Covina Municipal Code.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
