RESOLUTION NO. 5778
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SLIGHT
MODIFICATION NO. 94 (Alamo Center)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council, after duly publishing
notice of public hearing held a public hearing pertaining
to the appeal from a decision of the Administrative Review
Board denying a requested slight modification; and
WHEREAS, said slight modification to permit the
construction of a single family residence above 25 feet in
height was found not to have any negative impact on surround-
ing properties; and
WHEREAS, a hardship not found generally in the
same vicinity and zone was found to exist on this property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of West Covina does reverse the decision of the
Administrative Review Board pertaining to Slight Modification
No. 94 and approves the requested modification to permit the
construction of a single family dwelling at the height of
26 2 feet.
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this resolution.
