A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA,. CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING PARTNERSHIP
GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY SANBORN THEATERS, A
GENERAL PARTNERSHIP, AND DIRECTING THE RECORDA-
TION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain'instrument
executed by Sanborn Theaters, under date of August 10, 1978, grant-
ing to the City of West Covina the property or interest therein as
particularly described is hereby accepted. Said property is des-
cribed as:
The northerly 7.00 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 27 of
Phillips Tract, in the Rancho La Puente, as per map
recorded in Book 9 Pages 3 and 4 of miscellaneous
records in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, bounded as follows:
Bounded easterly by the westerly line of Parcel Map
No. 6135, per Book 84, Pages 59 and 60 of Parcel Maps
on file in the office of the County Recorder of said
County: Bounded westerly by a line that is parallel
with and 26.00 feet westerly, measured at right
angles, from the westerly line of said Lot 1.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
• to cause the said instrument and said certificate to be filed for
record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
