A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY HAROLD REMBA AND FRANCES
VALERIE REMBA, AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION
• THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain instrument
executed by Harold Remba and Frances Valerie Remba, under date of
July 21, 1978, granting to the City of West Covina the property or
interest therein as particularly described is hereby accepted.
Said property is described as:
Portions of Parcel "A" of Parcel Map No. 6 in the City
of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of Cali-
fornia as per map filed in Book 6, Page 11 of maps on
file in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form
prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the
said instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
