RESOLUTION N0. 5754
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
GRANT DEED EASEMENT EXECUTED BY TARA PROPERTIES,
LTD., AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain instrument
executed by Tara Properties, Ltd., under date of August 4, 1978,.
granting to the City of West Covina the property or interest there-
in particularly described for traffic signal purposes, is hereby
accepted. Said property is generally described as:
The westerly 20.00 feet of the southerly 30.00 feet of
Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 2611 per map filed in Book
46, Page 10 of Parcel Maps on file in.the office of
the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form
prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the
said instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk -shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
